Cortel’s newest high-rise community, Rose Garden, is coming soon to Highway 7 and Bowes Road, and it will also be the location of the new Concord GO station, connecting residents to downtown Toronto in under 30 minutes.
This new residential and transit hub will feature several towers and townhomes, along with world-class amenities, surrounded by parks, retail, and urban green spaces.
Named in honour of the location’s historic rose farm that was once one of Canada’s largest flower suppliers, the towers at Rose Garden feature a stunning façade with rose-inspired curves.

The first phase at Rose Garden Condos features a striking design inspired by rose petals.
The new GO station was first proposed in 2015. Recently, the city hosted an open house event outlining the project’s vision, releasing new plans to improve sidewalks, bike paths, and trails. There is also potential for future community centres, libraries, and schools.
It’s all part of Ontario’s Transit-Oriented Communities Program — a plan to create full communities that bring housing, jobs, retail, and entertainment to locations with key transit stations.
In addition to the new GO station, the community is also closely integrated with YRT and VIVA along the Highway 7 transit corridor, offering access to the Vaughan Metropolitan Centre and the TTC’s Line 1 subway.
Cortel Group is also behind several other high-rise projects in Vaughan, including Expo City, a collection of five condos that kickstarted the Vaughan Metropolitan Centre, and CG Tower, one of the city’s most iconic new high-rise residences.
