Abeja District Block One: Construction Update
We are thrilled to announce roof topping at the first block of Abeja District. The majority of the exterior features have been successfully completed on the first three towers at one of our marquee master-planned communities in Vaughan.
Work is still underway on the interior finishes in the suites and common areas. The construction team has also made significant progress on the exterior amenities, including “Verde,” a large green space set between all three towers.
Located at Jane and Rutherford, Abeja District is a unique new community inspired by the city architecture of Barcelona. It has been designed to stand apart from the glass condo mould and foster a rich sense of community life and culture right in the heart of Vaughan.
Abeja District is ideally located just off two of the city’s major thoroughfares. Residents will be steps away from the shops and restaurants of Vaughan Mills, and just a short drive from the city’s major amenities including Canada’s Wonderland and the Vaughan Metropolitan Centre, which is connected to the city of Toronto’s subway system.
